Working with me is straightforward

My terms and conditions are:

The agreement is between the client and Future Libra Ltd.

Copyright

  • Copyright of all training and coaching materials remains with Future Libra Ltd. This includes all training and coaching materials developed specifically for the client. The only exception is materials that the client supplies to Future Libra Ltd (e.g., the client’s reports or examples of their employees’ writing).

  • The client will not make a video, audio, AI or other recording of any part of a training programme or a coaching session without explicit written permission from Future Libra Ltd.

  • If the client wishes to obtain a licence for the training or coaching materials for their own use, this can be agreed for a separate fee.

  • Copyright for materials developed during a consulting project remain with Future Libra Ltd until the client pays their invoice in full. Then, the copyright automatically transfers to the client.

Payment

  • The rate will be discussed and agreed with the client before the project commences.

  • Invoices will be submitted to the client either in stages or at the end of the project – depending on the size of the project.

  • Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Late payments will be charged interest at 2% above the prevailing NatWest small business loan rate (as advertised on its website) – at the discretion of Future Libra Ltd.

Expenses

Out-of-pocket expenses will be charged back to the client for:

  • Accommodation (if overnight stays are required), economy travel, transport between my home and the station or airport, taxis in the venue city and meals (but not alcohol)

  • Any other expenses incurred on behalf of the client – to be agreed in advance

Cancellation and alteration fees for training and coaching

Cancellation fees will be payable if the client cancels their booking:

  • 15-28 days’ notice                        25% of the fee

  • 8-14 days’ notice                          50% of the fee

  • 2-7 days’ notice                            75% of the fee

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice       100% of the fee

Alteration fees will be payable if the client changes the date of their booking:

  • 2-7 days’ notice                           25% of the fee

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice       50% of the fee

These charges are necessary because it is usually not possible for Future Libra Ltd to deliver training or coaching for another client when bookings are changed at short notice.

Use of this website

Future Libra Ltd is the sole owner of the copyright of this website.

All rights are reserved, including the right to reproduce this website, or portions thereof, in any form.

You may include links to any page on this website in your blog, website, emails or social media. However, Future Libra Ltd reserves the right to ask you to remove your link if they consider it inappropriate.
