How I support leaders and organisations
Leadership support
I support senior leaders navigating complex sustainability and supply chain challenges where expectations are high and trade-offs are unavoidable.
My role is to act as a trusted advisor and thinking partner, helping leaders build clarity, confidence, and judgement in situations where there are rarely simple answers.
This support is grounded in real-world leadership experience, helping leaders make commercially sound decisions that stand up over time.
Strategic advisory
I advise organisations on strengthening sustainability and supply chain strategy, capability, and organisational alignment.
This includes helping leadership teams translate sustainability ambition into clear priorities and practical, commercially viable action.
My advisory is grounded in practical delivery experience across agriculture, sourcing, procurement, and supply chains, helping organisations move forward with confidence and credibility.
Support with Complex decisions
I provide independent perspective on complex decisions, particularly where the implications are long-term and difficult to reverse.
This includes helping leaders navigate difficult trade-offs, avoid costly missteps, and make thoughtful decisions grounded in experience and commercial reality.
My role is to strengthen organisational capability and confidence, ensuring decisions are robust, practical, and sustainable.

How my advising works
Advising is typically light touch, confidential and time bound. It is focused on decision making rather than programme delivery, and shaped around specific questions, moments of change or leadership needs.
Advising is about helping leaders make better choices, thoughtfully, credibly and with long-term impact in mind.
